1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ticket Store (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our services delivered via WhatsApp and other channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Our service enables users to buy and sell event tickets, including through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Ticket Store provides a ticketing platform that allows event organizers to create and sell tickets and allows buyers to purchase and manage tickets, including through WhatsApp. We do not guarantee availability of WhatsApp or any third-party service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services as an organizer. Buyers may be subject to age requirements for specific events. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your contact details (including WhatsApp number) up to date.
4. Use of WhatsApp and Third-Party Services
When you use Ticket Store via WhatsApp, you consent to communicating with us and receiving transactional and service-related messages on WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for WhatsApp’s availability, security, or data practices. We may use WhatsApp Business APIs and related Meta services in accordance with their terms.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. You agree to their terms where applicable. Refund and cancellation policies are set by event organizers; we will facilitate refunds only where required by these Terms or applicable law. Fees for our service will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our services to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, distribute harmful or fraudulent content, or abuse WhatsApp or our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably consider harmful to users or our service.
7. Intellectual Property
Ticket Store and its branding, design, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or exploit our materials without permission. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve our services.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for events organized by third parties, for WhatsApp or Meta outages, or for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we may provide additional notice (e.g. via WhatsApp or email) where required by law.
